Ebook Author Terms and Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms.

By submitting your manuscript to Gospel For Today, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Rights and Ownership.

The author retains all rights to their work. Gospel For Today will have the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and market the eBook in digital formats. The author grants Gospel For Today the right to use excerpts from the eBook for promotional purposes.

3. Royalties and Payment.

Authors will receive up to 80% of net sales revenue from each eBook sold or depending on the sold and agreement signed between Gospel For Today and the author. Payments will be made monthly via direct bank transfer or eft.

4. Distribution.

Gospel For Today will distribute the eBook through various digital platforms including but not limited to Facebook; Instagram; LinkedIn; Google Ads. The publisher does not guarantee sales or placement in any specific stores.

5. Manuscript Quality and Editing.

The author is responsible for submitting a proofread and final manuscript. Gospel For Today may provide additional editing services for a fee or suggest changes, but the final responsibility lies with the author.

6. Termination.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, Gospel For Today will cease distribution of the eBook, and all rights revert to the author.

7. Limitation of Liability.

Gospel For Today is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal action resulting from the publication and distribution of the eBook.

8. Governing Law.

This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa.

9. Entire Agreement.

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the author and Gospel For Today and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

10. Amendments.

Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
