Refund Policy for eBooks
1. Digital Nature of Products
Due to the digital nature of eBooks, all sales are final. Once an eBook has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The eBook was not delivered or could not be accessed due to technical issues on our end.
- The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable.
- The customer was charged more than once for the same purchase.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@gospelfortoday.co.za within 5 days of purchase. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
4. Evaluation and Resolution
Our team will evaluate the refund request within 10 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. If we find that the issue can be resolved without a refund (e.g., by providing a new download link), we will take appropriate action to ensure your satisfaction.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Customer’s change of mind.
- Incompatibility with a customer’s device or software.
- Failure to read the product description or technical requirements.
